So I guess I didn’t realize it had been so long since I updated. It has been a crazy week. Actually I started this post yesterday (wrote #1), but it sat on my computer til now. Which is why it will post as Thursday.

3. Feeling really grateful I was able to go to the temple last night with Adam. It seems I don’t get there as often as I would like. Its so nice to take a break from the real world, do something for someone else, put things into perspective, and spend time with Adam.
4. Waiting to hear back from the doctors to whether or not Megan has a bladder infection so I can give her medication for her ear infection. Poor girl.
5. Thinking about this weekend and all that I want to accomplished or that needs to be done. Also thinking about some of the goals I’ve made, where I’m at, and not loosing focus. So serious about changing my life. Want to live for more. Feel more.
Have a great weekend.
So, serious Amy. You sound like you’re making major changes. Good for you.
Amy, I am so impressed that you are staying focused with this life changing stuff. I often make the goals but it seems like I never get past that step. Good on ya mate! (sorry, had to thrown in some Aussie for flavor). Can I just comment though, and sorry to rain on your parade, but I am SOOOO sick of James Blunt. People love him here and it’s everywhere I go. Any chance of me liking that song is long gone. Glad that you are enjoying it though. He’s here in concert this month.
I’m glad you took some time to articulate your thoughts and share them with us. I think it helps to write them down, and with blogging there’s a certain sense of accountability or a witness to your progress, but not in a pressured sort of way. It’s so nice to be able to put our thoughts “out there” and to get a response isn’t it?
I wish you good luck with all your goals and hope you don’t push yourself to the point of frustration. You seem to be very hard on yourself and maybe just need to find your pace. You might want to watch the movie “Phenomenon” for some insight on this. I remember watching that and feeling like I could I could slow down a bit and savor life without being so frantic.
Interesting stuff, Amy. I also have so many goals and so many things I want to change in my life. It can all get pretty overwhelming. I’m trying to take one thing at a time… but then
I fear I’ll never get to everything! What to do?
