Ok, I’m not completely done as I still need to pick them up from getting printed and stuff them in the envelops, but the hardest part is done. Adam was going to do them this year, but I played around in Photoshop anyway to create something. You never know what will come up. Turns out once he saw what I did he liked it enough to use them instead. I think he is so busy right now and doesn’t need another deadline.
I love the tradition of send and receiving Christmas cards. I’ve always enjoyed sending them out and even more than that, I love receiving them. It’s just about a “good mail” day everyday in December. I need to pull out all our creations just so I can remember all the cards we’ve sent the past 10 years. Wow, I can’t believe there have been so many.
I always love your Christmas cards, so I’m jealous in-advance. Ha.
Nothing to be jealous about except that they are done. I love sending cards, but they do feel like a burden at times. You know, one more thing to do during this crazy month.
amy this is amazing! you are so talented. cards have been a thorn in my side this week…love doing them, love getting them but always seem to spend way more time on them then i anticipate. so glad i’m ALMOST done!
I think it’s so cool that Adam has been able to illustrate your Christmas cards in years past but I can’t wait to see what you’ve created. You are so talented and have such an artistic eye. I hope you put a few extra stamps on an envelope and send one to me! We miss you all already. It was so great to spend a few days playing and chatting.
I love Adam’s drawings. You two make quite a creative pair, and I can’t wait to see what you have come up with!
oh wow that is really nice…can’t wait to see how yours looks this year…at least post about it? so we can see it! I am debating whether to do a card or just a photo…time is running out…and we really didn’t do much this year!
Amy, your cards are awesome. I love getting Christmas cards. My favorite part of the day this time of year is getting the mail and seeing whose cards came today. We plastitac (sp?) them on the wall and it’s fun to watch the collection grow.
The hard work pays off when people open their mailbox and see cute cards. It makes your day. My cards are going to be so lame this year. Crystalyn has worked really hard, but just wait to see how adorable Christian and Hanna look. I for one can’t wait to get that card in the mail.
i always love your christmas cards, and this year i’m sure will be no exception!!! i also love your new banner, it is very sweet!!!
i can’t wait to see you post your card, i bet it is going to be amazing
