I’ve wanted, since I’ve been home, to do a big long post about Squam by the Sea. I had some revelations while I was there and what I believe to be life altering moments that I’m trying to make sense of with my words or is it that I’m trying to find the courage to publish them? Either way I’m still processing my time by the sea.
I had this moment when I was walking back to the beach after running in the house to grab a jacket and when I opened the gate I saw this eerie photo right in front of me perfectly clear in my mind. The next step should be no surprise when I tell you I grabbed my camera that was conveniently strapped around my neck and took this photograph above.
That’s usually how it works for me. I walk around and let the life in front of me speak for itself. I’m looking as though through my lens finder constantly composing a shot. Sometime things jump out at me like it did in the photo above, while others take me a bit longer to find. Either way I always seem to find the piece of the story I’m looking for. So for now since I can’t help sharing I thought I would let my photos speak for themselves and tell the story I can’t seem to find the words for….
