So I want to know, what do you do when you’re all alone during the day or if you have a day off?
My goal whenever I get to be home alone is to be in my scrapbook room doing something creative, listening to a book on tape, organizing or blogging. Of course, far too much of my time is spent on the computer reading blogs, so my room still isn’t completely organized, but I guess my goal of time in here has still been met so all is well.
Amy, when it’s quiet and I am alone I don’t know what to do with myself. Sometimes I just have a decent lunch and actually sit down and watch Oprah. Sometimes I get things done like cleaning and laundry. Usually I don’t use it as well as I think I should, but what is the right answer? Hope you felt restored after that. Those days are far too few in number.
I never am home alone, but sometimes it’s quiet when Eva’s napping and the boys are in school. Then I sneak down to my scrap room or I blog or I lay down on my bed and read.
I always end up playing on the computer with the OC on in the background or some music playing.
Once that happens to me and kids are in school, I hope to be able to pursue hobbies that I have put on the back-burner. Scrapping has turned into one of them sadly- but I hope to get that back sooner. Right now, when I have the luxury I almost don’t know what to do with myself. I usually read or work in my yard.
